After it finishes search you will get a number of sites and a complete list of all sites hosted on the same ip address.

Are meta tags important?

There are many meta tags in html language but for search engines two are favorite. That are description and keywords, as they names say, first represents the description of your page and other has some important keywords for search engines. These tags are not displayed on your page they are visible only for those who look at source of your site and for search engines who index your site.
